Size Exchange

Size exchanges can be made in-store within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented.

Exchange for Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or sale periods may be exchanged within 7 days, with the original receipt, in-store only.

Delivery Orders

Please note that exchanges are not processed through delivery services. Customers must visit one of our store locations to complete an exchange.

Damaged Items

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, it must be brought to the store for inspection by customer service before any exchange or refund is processed.

Alterations & Measurements

Alterations or measurement requests must be handled in-store only. These services are not available through online orders or delivery requests.

Refunds

Cash refunds may be issued only in the case of verified manufacturing defects, and the item must be inspected at the store.
